Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Only the bed linen provided in the flat is allowed to be used, as it is hypoallergenic. To avoid allergy attacks, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing and using their own bed linen.

The accommodation price includes one set of bed linen. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available for RUB 500.00.

Smoking is prohibited in the flat and on the balcony. A fine in the amount of the deposit will be charged for smoking.

The flat is not available for celebrations or parties. If there is a complaint from neighbors about a noisy event, guests will be evicted on the same day without refund of the deposit or rental payment.

House rules:

— Upon departure, guests must wash dirty dishes, the kitchen stove and oven, clean up visible trash, and take garbage bags to the area with garbage bins. Food and bottles left in the refrigerator are considered trash and must be disposed of by the guest.

— Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

— Outdoor footwear must be removed at the entrance.

If these conditions are not met, the deposit will not be refunded.

Check-in instructions are sent during working hours: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM local time in Khabarovsk (GMT+10).

Remote check-in is organized in the flat, so payment is accepted only by online transfer.

Upon departure, guests are required to wash dirty dishes, the sink, the kitchen stove and oven, clean up all trash, and take garbage bags to the area with outdoor bins. Food and drinks left in the refrigerator are also considered trash and must be disposed of in the building's garbage bins. For any damage or stains of any kind on textiles, interior or furniture, as well as for violation of the house rules and conditions, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cleaning during the stay and transfer services during the stay are not included.
