Rus vatandaşlarının varışta orijinal bir geçerli Rus pasaportuna sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.

It is allowed to use only the bed linen offered in the flat, as it is hypoallergenic. To avoid allergy attacks, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing and using their own bed linen.

The price of accommodation includes one set of bed linen. An additional set of bed linen and towels costs RUB 500.00.

Smoking is prohibited in the flat and on the balcony. A fine equal to the deposit is charged for smoking.

The flat is not rented for celebrations and parties. If neighbors complain about a noisy event, eviction occurs on the same day without a refund of the deposit and rent.

Housing rules:

— when leaving, it is necessary to wash dirty dishes, the stove and oven, remove visible garbage and take bags of garbage to the area with garbage bins; food and bottles left in the refrigerator are garbage that the guest must dispose of;

— observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM;

— remove outdoor shoes at the entrance.

If the conditions are not met, the deposit is not refundable.

The check-in instructions are sent during business hours: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM local time in Khabarovsk (GMT+10).

Remote check-in is organized in the flat, so payment is accepted only by online transfer.

When leaving the flat, guests must wash dirty dishes, sink, stove and oven, remove all trash and take bags of trash to the area with trash bins. Food and drinks left in the refrigerator are also trash, which the guest must dispose of in the adjacent trash bins. The deposit is not refundable for damage and stains of any origin on textiles, interior and furniture, as well as for violation of the rules of residence and non-compliance with the conditions.

Cleaning during the stay and transfer during the stay are not included.
