Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Upon arrival with pets, guests must contact the hotel and specify the cost of the additional payment. Also, upon arrival with an animal, an insurance deposit is charged, the cost of which must be specified. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in with pets is possible only on the ground floor of the hotel, in the rooms Elite Standard Room, Double Standard Room, Comfortable Junior, Polo Apart Room.
Breakfasts included in the rate are provided in a nearby cafe, halal, the distance from the hotel is 80 m. It is also possible to provide lunches and dinners for an additional fee. The hotel recommends paying for meals separately in the cafe.
Early check-in fee:
— from 0:00 to 8:00 — 100% of the cost of the night;
— from 8:00 to the standard time of arrival — 50% of the cost of the night.
Extra charge for late check-out:
— from 12:00 to 18:00 — 50% of the cost of the night;
— from 18:00 to 24:00 — 100% of the cost of the night.
In the Elite Standard room with a sofa, the Elite Standard room, Standard Double Room and Economy Family Room it is possible to move single beds into a double bed. For the provision of one more single bed there is an additional charge of RUB 400.00.
Standard Attic Room has audibility and very poor sound insulation.
The rooms without a window (Economy Family Room and Economy Double Room with a double bed) do not have a window, but the rooms have a system for cleaning and filtering air, supply and exhaust ventilation.
Economy Class rooms are located on the ground floor. These room categories have an air purification system.
The Economy Single Room does not have a private bathroom. The bathroom of this room is located on the floor; the bathroom is for this room only and is not shared.

It was a blistering hot day and I arrived at the hotel early in the hope of ditching my rucksack, but they let me check in early which I greatly appreciated. The staff were patient to understand what I wanted despite the language barrier and the room was comfortable with a lot of character. Great stay
