Use of the sauna — RUB 5000.00 for the furnace, guests heat themselves. A barbecue area with skewers, an area for lighting and cooking food on the fire, coals and lighting guests must bring with them. Filling the vat with brooms and citrus fruits can be arranged independently.

A video surveillance system is installed on the territory. On-site parking is available upon request, and there is an outdoor parking area in front of the property.

Garbage collection — RUB 800.00, washing dishes RUB 800.00 if necessary, deducted from the deposit amount.

Loud music and excessive noise levels are not allowed on the premises, as agreed.
