What was good

The cabin environment is quite nice, and the floor heating is convenient and warm. WiFi is always connected. The host helped us booked all the tours and we were satisfied for the trips.

What was bad

The host is a bit stingy — the toiletries are single-use packages, and the toilet paper is insufficient for two ppl, unless you bring your own. Water was hot enough mostly. But hot water ran out easily and took two hours to refill which wasn’t mentioned in advance. While showering, the hot water suddenly ran out, and when I tried to contact the host, they didn’t answer the door or the phone, and didn’t respond to guests’ needs in a timely manner. Overall, the environment is good, but the service quality is poor
