On the area of the hotel in 32 hectares there are sports grounds, a tennis court, parking lots, charging stations for electric vehicles, rental of bicycles and sports equipment. Animation service operates 7 days a week, entertaining guests with active and creative programs.

Meals at the hotel are organized according to the buffet system, as well as a separate à la carte menu.

Guests of the hotel can organize an excursion and explore local attractions: the Transfiguration Cathedral, the Iron and Steam Locomotive Museums, the Blue Stone, the Nikitsky Monastery, the Dendrological Garden.

For the comfort of guests, there are 353 new rooms and 30 guest cottages.

The complex consists of two buildings SKY and FOREST with rooms ranging from 20 to 55 sq.m. Lovers of secluded relaxation can check into separate guest houses with an area of 120 sq.m, which can accommodate the whole family or a group of friends. 4 houses are equipped with bath complexes with Russian, Finnish or Turkish baths. Some of the rooms are fully equipped for a comfortable stay for disabled guests.
