I stayed in the hotel in May for 3 nights. It was pleasant since the very beginning. The stuff was very polite and friendly explaining all the particulars on the accommodation. The room was equipped with all necessary things to feel comfortable including tooth and shave sets. Wi-Fi was everywhere. Breakfast was very copious. I had dinners at the hotel restaurant as well. Dishs were delicious and prices quite reasonable. I like the hotel and do advise to stay there when visiting Rybinsk.
