Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From April 15 to 27, 2024, the main cable cars of the resort (Olympia, Tainstvennyi Les, Caucasian Express, Wolf Rock, Edelways) They will be closed for annual maintenance work. Guests of the hotel will be able to get to the Olympic Mountain Village from Rosa Dolina and back by free shuttle. For walking, you can use the Strela cable car, which lifts 1600 m to the mountain park.

Guests are charged a resort fee, starting from the second day of stay, from an adult guest without registration in the Krasnodar Territory. Resort fee: RUB 50.00 per day for each guest over 15 years old, RUB 30.00 per day for guests under 15 years old.
From 12/01/2023, for guests staying in the Mountain Olympic Village, the cost of a walking ticket for the Olympia cable car, which connects the hotel level and the lower base of the resort, will be RUB 50.00 per day for guests over 15 years old and RUB 30.00 per day for guests from 7 to 14 years old. You can purchase a ticket upon check-in at the registration desk. Children under 6 years old can use the cable car free of charge. The first lift upon confirmation of booking is free.
