For accommodation with a pet, an additional deposit of RUB 10000.00 is charged. Also, an additional plaza for dry cleaning is charged 4000.00 RUB.

The deposit is withheld in case of violation of the rules of accommodation and damage or removal of property. In case of damage or removal of property in excess of the deposit amount, a fee is charged for the value of the damaged item for the period identified in the malfunction. It is returned within one day on the check-out date. If there are no violations, it is sent to the bank card.

Check-in with children from 6 years of age children are also considered a full-fledged guest.

Order a comfort class transfer from or to the airport — RUB 2000.00.

Extra linen or change of linen on request — RUB 1000.00.

Bath robes — RUB 1000.00.

Cleaning on demand — RUB 2500.00.

Underground Parking, subject to availability, RUB 1500.00 per day. Parking is not assigned to the residents of the complex, parking is possible if there is a place available. A sign with the phone number is required.

The apartment has many glasses structures. Please, for security reasons, close and open the structures carefully, do not rely on these structures: a glass partition in the living room, a glass cabinet in the bedroom, a mirror at the entrance.

Ski boots are not allowed in the apartment. It is possible to keep guests' skis and snowboards clean and dry in the apartment. Skis and snowboards can be mounted at the front door.

The apartment has fresh flowers. Guests don't need to water them, they are watched by maids.

Smoking and partying are prohibited, and the fine is deducted from the deposit amount.

Bicycle parking is not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is not intended for a commercial photo shoot.

The weather in the mountains is not constant. In foggy, rainy weather, or snowfall, the view from the window may differ from the image on the photo from the loggia.

The windows are not equipped with a stopper. Please be vigilant when staying with children. The loggia on the balcony is not glazed, but open.

In winter, ski basses stop close to the apartment, providing free access to any ski resort with a ski pass.

Cleaning and inspection of the premises is carried out after departure. A daily cleaning service and change of bed linen is not provided, but can be provided upon request for a fee.
