We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The service was excellent and so many little touches made the weekend special. - Especially the complimentary bottle of sparkling Crimean wine and chocolates - so welcome after the long twisty ride from the airport and made you feel immediately on holiday. A fresh rose in the bathroom, white gloved service by the pool, helpful bellman, good hotel taxi service to and from airport, excellent reception and concierge staff. Well above expectations, in a lovely spot just back from the embankment. If I had to critique one thing it would be that the hotel menu is very strange from a British perspective and the roast chicken with polenta dish was bizarre. - I was served a bit of a wing which is a part I would have thrown in the bin and though tasty it was about one mouthful. Don\'t order if you are hungry!
