Location

Dom Pisatelya Villa is located in Staraya Russa. It is a project of a comfort class guesthouse with a total area of 210 square metres, reconstructed according to the hotel concept and standards, located on the bank of the Polist River, but close to the city centre, on Solyanaya Street, on the Sobornaya side.

At the villa

The villa has five bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, orthopaedic mattresses, memory foam and eucalyptus fibre pillows, bed linen, air conditioning with fine air filters, 43" LCD televisions, free Wi-Fi, storage and other amenities for a comfortable stay. The villa has improved sound insulation between the bedrooms. In addition to the bedrooms, the house has a living room/kitchen with a solid oak dining table and all the necessary appliances.

In the area there is a terrace with awnings, barbecue complex, BBQ area, relax area with armchairs, two tables with chairs for up to 12 guests, retro lighting of the outdoor seating area, private area, video surveillance 24/7.

— It is forbidden to use towels and sheets and other bedding for drying the hair of the animal.

— It is forbidden to feed animals from any utensils belonging to the villa.

— The pet owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet.

— In the event of damage to the property caused by the pet, the owner will be held fully responsible for the damage, even if the amount of damage exceeds the amount of the deposit.

— A deposit is required for the duration of the pet's stay. The deposit may or may not be refunded or partially refunded upon receipt and full inspection of the house by the Receptionist.

— Accommodation with pets is allowed by prior arrangement and only for an additional fee — from 6500.00 RUB per day per pet.

— Accommodation of more animals is possible only after prior agreement with the management of the villa before arrival at the hotel and is subject to an additional fee of 6500.00 rubles per day per animal.

— During the absence of the guests in the house, the dog and other animals must be kept in a cage.

— The owner of the animal is fully responsible for any damage caused by the animal to third parties and shall compensate for such damage in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

— When walking the animal, the owner is obliged to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

— Any requests not provided for in these rules shall be resolved only by prior written agreement with the management of the villa prior to the arrival of the guests.

— The Villa has the right to refuse accommodation with a deduction of the full amount of the reservation if the Guest arrives with one or more pets without prior written agreement and payment with the Management.
