Installation of tents, summer kitchens, and awnings on the territory of the base is prohibited. The installation of a summer kitchen must be agreed upon with the administration in advance. There are no gas stoves in the houses; guests can take a stove with them or rent it from the recreation center rental service.

The cost of three meals a day per guest per day is RUB 1100.00.

One parking space is provided free of charge when booking one cabin. If guests arrive in two cars, provided they are staying in the same house, then they will need to pay extra for the second place.

In July and September, small and medium-sized dogs up to 50 cm at the withers are allowed. The cost of living with one animal is RUB 1000.00 per day. If you arrive at the base with a pet outside the appropriate months, the administration of the recreation center has the right to refuse to provide rental property.

When living with dogs, the following conditions must be observed: you must have a muzzle, leash, food and bedding with you. Pet walking is carried out outside the base. Animals are prohibited on the beach and in the dining room. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the owner is obliged to clean up after the dog. In case of damage to property by a pet, the damage is compensated according to the market value. Cats are not allowed.

A 30% prepayment is required, the balance must be paid 10 days before arrival. Penalties are charged for canceling an order from 9 to 6 days in the amount of 30% of the order value, from 5 to 4 days in the amount of 50%, less than 3 days in the amount of 100% of the order value.

The cost of bed linen is RUB 200.00 for a single set, RUB 250.00 for a double set. The rental price is indicated for the entire stay.

Additional payment for accommodation above the capacity of the house is RUB 400.00 per day per guest.
