The house was built in 2025, the architecture is made in the style of the hero of the Shchelkunchik fairy tale, has a view of the lake. The house is located on an autonomous territory, there is its own parking, barbecue area, terrace. At the entrance there is a 3-meter sundial dial.

The house has a full kitchen, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two-chamber refrigerator, washing machine, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner. Custom-made furniture made of solid oak, elm, rubber. The beds have orthopedic mattresses made with different firmness of the sides from coconut fiber, with memory foam. Bed linen — 100% mercerized cotton. For guests, there is a sauna with an electric heater and Himalayan aroma salt, which is paid separately.
