Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. No loud events are allowed in the house.
Guests are asked to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM, as nighttime noise is a violation subject to liability under Articles 6.3 and 6.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which may result in fines for individuals of up to RUB 5000.00.
