Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Contactless check-in, deposit payment is made before check-in. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
A contract is signed with the guest through a specialized CRM service, guest data is protected. An email address, passport and selfie are required for signing.
Provision of accounting documents is possible upon request:
— in electronic form free of charge;
— delivery RUB 1000.00.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible only if possible or upon full payment of the previous or subsequent days.
The price is indicated for double occupancy if 1 set of bed linen is used. If there are two guests, but an additional set of bed linen is required, it is paid separately RUB 500.00.

Cleaning is carried out after each guest. For long-term stays, cleaning and bed linen change is carried out once every 7 days. For stays of less than 7 days, cleaning is available for an additional fee.
The deposit is returned on the day of departure after cleaning until 17:00.

Noisy parties are prohibited.
Staying with animals is possible only by agreement, affects the amount of the deposit.
