Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The front desk is open until 22:00. Contactless check-in, deposit payment is made before check-in. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
A contract is signed with the guest through a specialized CRM service, guest data is protected. An email address, passport and selfie are required for signing.
Provision of accounting documents is possible upon request:

Early check-in and late check-out are possible only if possible or upon full payment of the previous or subsequent days.
The price is indicated for double occupancy if 1 set of bed linen is used. If there are two guests, but an additional set of bed linen is required, it is paid separately RUB 500.00.
