Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests must have the following mandatory documents:

- conclusion of the epidemiologist about the absence of contact with patients with infectious diseases
- results of 2 negative tests for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 in respiratory smears, performed with a difference of at least 1 day and no later than 5 days at the time of admission to the hotel.
Guests who have had COVID-19 infection can only be allowed to check-in 14 days after a final, twice-laboratory-confirmed recovery, determined by the absence of symptoms and signs of infection and the elimination of SARS-CoV-2 from respiratory smears.
