Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement with the property. If guests cancel the reservation less than 10 days in advance, the prepayment will not be refunded.

Smoking of cigarettes, hookahs, vapes and other products inside all premises of the recreation center and on wooden terraces is prohibited. Bonfires can only be built in a specially equipped place. During the period of special fire regime and in windy weather, bonfires are prohibited. Fireworks, firecrackers and similar items are prohibited on the territory of the base.

On the territory of the base, it is necessary to observe silence in the rooms and not to abuse alcohol. The use of speakers and any other sound-reproducing devices on the territory of the base is prohibited. Unregistered guests are allowed to stay only by prior agreement.

The property and equipment of the recreation center should be treated with care. In case of damage to the house, furniture or decor, the damage is compensated at the expense of the guilty person.

When staying with children, parents or accompanying persons monitor the behavior and safety of children. Employees of the recreation center are not responsible for children who are left unattended.

It is forbidden to jump from stairs and terraces.

Accommodation with small dogs is only possible by agreement. On the territory of the base, the dog must be on a leash and under the supervision of the owner; it is forbidden to leave the pet unattended, as well as place it on upholstered furniture or in a bed.

Swimming and diving in the Chibitka River are prohibited. When staying near the river, guests must be careful and take personal responsibility for the actions.

On the territory of the base, guests must comply with fire safety rules, sanitary standards, as well as safety rules in the forest and near the river.
