Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 23:00. From June to September, as well as on New Year holidays guests are required to pay a 100% prepayment. Within a few days after the booking is made, information on how to make a prepayment will be provided to guests. The prepayment is not refundable in case of cancellation from guests' side. On other days the prepayment amount equals 1 night stay rate of booking and can be refunded. Pets are allowed upon request and for a surcharge. Additionally, guests need to pay a deposit in amount of RUB 2000.00. If guests arrive after 11:00 PM, they should inform the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. In order to gain access to the hostel, guests must contact the property using the number on the booking confirmation. |
