Russian citizens: Adults (aged 14 years and older) must present a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation upon arrival (passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). All children (under 14) must present a birth certificate. If the child is traveling with a relative (excluding parents) or a guardian, documents confirming his right to accompany the child must also be presented upon arrival. Foreign nationals: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa and migration card upon check-in.

Children from 0 to 4 years old stay free of charge. If the child is accommodated in an additional place, then the cost must be specified on the spot.
