Stayed in this hotel during Sochi Games for two weeks. Must admit it exceeded my expectations. Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. Room was basic, but had everything I needed and very clean. Was really helpful to have tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Bottle of free water was provided daily, which was a nice touch. Bed comfortable, shame I didn’t have a double tho. Also would have been good if WIFI was available in the room and not only at the reception. Shower was a bit of a problem as it didn’t have 'warm' water - just either boiling hot or cold! Breakfast was unfortunately not to my taste, sometimes fried fish was on offer.. Something I do not fancy first thing in the morning. However porridge was ok. Getting into the hotel was an issue too.. Guards at the gates were not always present or asleep which was not ideal especially at night. Despite some issues, I had a pleasant stay.
