Vila CIC is a two stars hotel which does not stand even up to this category. It's a modern looking building, but there is no elevator and even if you are staying at the 3rd floor you need to carry your own luggage. The location is remote from anything interesting in Constanta. Rooms are quite spacious, but there is no room to store clothes for a several days stay, no shelves, no drawers. Our room had no coverlets on the beds when we checked in,we had to ask for some, there were only thick winter quilts available. Hot water was not available all the time, and water pressure was weak. The TV screen was the size of a laptop screen. Our room had a smoking smell when we entered it, despite being non-smoking. Too many problems, even for a 2 stars hotel.

Avoid

This is the worst place that we have ever been!  First they overcharged us about 15% more than announced price. Than we saw some naked to the waist gipsies that have been making BBQ on the street. We didn`t realise what`s going on. About 23.00, when we came in the hotel from a city-tour, we realized that there was some gipsy party on the first floor of the hotel. We talked with the reception and they promised to shut down the music. About 23.30 we called the police, they came and the hotel manager said that they are ready to give our money back, but they cant stop the party ! At midnight we leaved the hotel without receiving our money and started searching for another hotel/we have a baby with us/. If you want to see naked gipsies cooking in the street and listen load music till midnight you can go to this disgusting place.

Disgusting place

It's in a few alleys that when you get there you think you're going to get your car stolen, but no. A very quiet neighborhood. The mattress is a little fine, but clean, with towels and fridge. The double room has a sofa bed. The worst thing is the shower. I, who am not a big fan of the shower with curtains, had a little dirty one. In addition, the TV must be 20 inches and is far from the bed.
