THEY SERVE ALCOHOL TO CHILDREN….. I went with my family to the outdoor pool and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a group of young boys around 10-13 one went up to the bar and came back with a large beer and they began to drink pool side. We told management and they did nothing about it. This is a country where alcohol is a huge problem and I have witnessed adults allowing it with there young ones plus the fact the danger of them getting drunk and having an accident by the pool. I am totally disgusted and angry at such neglect. While here for two hours there is no life guard on site and a lot of unaccompanied children here. It’s such a shame in this age we still have uneducated people. 

SERVE ALCOHOL TO CHILDREN 

The motel's restaurant is an place where you can eat fast (not fast food) and decent prices. There are many dishes on the menu. Because it is a restaurant on the way of travelers, many hungry people are served here the meal. This is a guarantee of fresh food.

Execlent restaurant

this hotel has a restaurant where you can eat very well at an excellent price, free and secure parking, very clean bathrooms. It is excellent for a stop on the trips we make, it can be eaten very fast, the food is very fresh

cheap and good

Good food, especially soups that are fresh because of the many tourists and travelers stopping here. Price is fair and food taste good. I would not take anything fancy here...go with soups and fried things to be on the safe side.  

Good for a quick stop 

Not a good option !
Rooms small, dirty & smelly. Beds are just awful, bathrooms ok but need to be cleaner.
The price is way too much for what they offer !
The restaurant is terrible, long wait until they get to you, staff not friendly, they just want to get rid of you very fast....Next Please !
Noise is part of the atmosphere.
Will not recommend for families with children. Stay away !

Poor motel & restaurant !

Incredible value, this is a smart hotel, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. It really does take only 4 minutes from the airport, very welcome when you land after midnight local time and pick up a hire car! Efficient staff and a good choice for breakfast, plenty of car parking and at £14 for a double room....what's not to like? Well maybe the strangely abrasive seersucker bedding but my husband actually like that!

Excellent stopover after evening flight

We decided to stay at the Motel Darina due to its location to the airport. We arruved just before midnight and went back to the airport the next morning to get a hire car.
Excellent value for money. Collected by their free airport shuttle and take to and from hotel. Reception was spacious and clean as were the rooms.Staff were friendly and spoke English. Good value for money drink and food (although I'm not too sure about the first dish on the page of the menu I have photographed!). 
Ample parking if you have a car. 
Be aware  if you have mobility issue the reception is upstairs and you would need to go downstairs to the restaurant..

Good value even at Romanian standards

Near the airport of Tirgu walls, hotel with large parking, nice terrace and proper rooms.

Correct

We were on our way to Sighisoara and stopped to sleep one night, where we ordered a room with breakfast included. There was the personal well, but the next day for breakfast we had to go to the resataurante, which by the way has a very good look outside, but, by the way, we had to wait 45 minutes for two cafes and a plate of sausages.

Staff service is very, very slow.

We found this place while along our route to Brasov. The restaurant is amazing, probably the best gulas we might have during our travel in Romania. Beside the restaurant there is a very large square to park the car. It was summer and there is a large patio where you can have your lunch. The restaurant has also a great saloon inside. At the side of the restaurant there is a nice swimming pool, with all the facilities you may need in this kind of occasions. The staff is very friendly and the bill was very balanced for what we had for lunch. Highly recommended!
