I booked a room for 3 Adults at this hotel for three nights with booking dot com. Few days later we were called by the owner and asked to cancel this booking. He said that he does not have a room for three adults. After our refusal to cancel he started to call us many times, threaten us, swore at us, and harassed. Also he called booking company and he used my name to try to cancel this room.  After talking to a few hotel owners from Timisoara we found out that this person has many problems with the clients, he has a really bad name in Timisoara and we were told that it is better to cancel this booking if we don't want a lot of trouble. I advise everyone to think twice before booking at Pensiunea Bianco Nero Timisoara.

Owner is rude

I stayed here one night and overall experience was bad. For 25 Euros we get  small  double room on the 2nd floor, old and dirty with out breakfast. On the wall was the chewing gum probable  glued by a unhappy  guest.  Strange decoration and dirty walls.

Old TV that it is working bad because cable it is broke also broke remote control.

No hair dryer, no night curtains on the windows. They have air conditioning but you have to pay @ 4 Euros/ day if you want to use. Bathroom it is very small, dirty and only one small soap there, 2 old towels for 2 persons. The door of shower cabin is broke.

Them hospitality is half and half, the owner's wife is nice and always ready to help but owner  not really nice, just OK.

Location of property is not so bad, around are shops and market but be aware about restaurants, some are expensive and not great food.

They have parking and that is the good thing about this property.

I know some may think that 25 Euros it is cheap but at this price I was in different places like B&B and there was huge difference and all were OK.

They  need to do better services and renovate the rooms. I do not recommend this property and I ll not go there anymore.

Avoid to go there.

They cancel bookings without notice! We booked a double and when we arrived at the property we can't find an open reception and when we managed to find somebody, they said that our reservation was canceled, without notice!

Terrible

Booked 2 triples in this pension. Nice price, everything all right. Night before arrival the manager calls me to inform he only have 1 triple, but he can put the other 3 in a double and 1 single. But for a higher price, althrough was his mistake not ours. Obviously, we refused and got another place to sleep over night. 
Later on I was informed the guy use this lie very often to charge extra money. He simply takes advantage of the "last minutes call" and hopes you will bite this, because is to late too search for another accomodation. Nasty habbit! 
Boycott this place, stay away of rip-offs!

Rip-off, beware!

The room we received was very small (luckily, me and my colleague are not overweight), we could barely manage to keep our luggage out of the way. There was a lot of dust under the bed, and the bathroom was tiny and you needed to wait an eternity for hot water. Also, the windows didn't shut well, so we heard all outside noise. Otherwise, the owner was quite friendly and kind, there is free parking. It's the kind of place where if you need a night to stay, it's kind of ok.
