The hosts are very disagreeable, the food is expensive and not very tasty. You can't ask for an empty  glass, unless you buy a beverage, your ID has to be left at the reception until you leave. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Definitely not going back.

Worst host behavior I've ever encountered

It would be worth it - 5 stars.  Too bad the location and position of the motel. God forbid, but don't put it in the bag.  I come to this location from September 2020 and I think that gathered gathered about 25 days in which I was accommodated in this location and each time I took at least 2 rooms on some occasions even 6 rooms, I never received a voucher  tax for accommodation, it is true that we did not even ask believing that this way we can still support these entrepreneurs severely hit in the context of the pandemic.
 Cons:
 1. Both hot and cold water has the smell of stagnant puddle and dark color, as if your black tea flows directly from the sink.  It was not like that from the beginning, but in October 2020 until May 2021, nothing has changed.
 2. In late autumn, despite the fact that the temperature outside was low, the heat did not turn on.
 3. The bed mattresses are morally and physically outdated and I slept together in 5 different rooms.
 4. You can hear the noise from one room to another or from the hall to the rooms.
 5. The food does not excel, it is commonplace despite the fact that we are in Bucovina.
 6. At night I close the doors and you are practically seized inside because you can't open them, the manager opens them for you if he hears you at night or sees you on the surveillance cameras.
 7. The owner / manager is a strange woman who makes some inappropriate comments and speaks badly to employees in the presence of customers.  For example, Mrs. reproached me.  motel manager, that received us at night at 02.00 in the location, despite the fact that before around 16.00 when I made a reservation for two rooms I mentioned that I will arrive very late and yes I arrived at 00.20, time in  which I was not told was a problem.  The reproaches made made me feel as if I had been accommodated for free, but I did not pay 600 lei for two rooms / two nights, the rooms have a double / matrimonial bed.  And for two beef soups 32 lei.
 You may be wondering why we continued to stay in this location despite the above, we did it for the convenience of not experiencing other possible disappointments, for.  the hospitality of the head of the Cristian hall and because there were no rooms available at CABANA CETINIȚA.
 Pros: Location position and area landscape.

This hotel is showing that old Romania style what is very good. The food is delicious but one thing isnt ok. The bed creaks and I didnt had wifi. But the room is cozy with a big balcony. I cant say its perfect but i cant say is bad.

Nice Romania Hotel

If you plan to stay in Sucevita, avoid this hotel as much as possible (Hotel Ieremia Movilă in Sucevita). Although, after making the reservation on booking.com, I also gave a phone call to make sure everything was ok, and the reception assured me that everything was fine, ON THE DAY OF THE ACCOMMODATION, being on the road, THEY CALLED ME and they say they CANCELED MY RESERVATION on the grounds that a group previously staying with them suddenly decided to extend their stay. The "hotel" found it appropriate to extend the group stay and booking.com had nothing to say. Moreover, the receptionist gave me directions on the phone about which guesthouses I could call in the area. I politely explained that it was their duty to find me an alternative, and the impertinent guy explained me that because I did not pay a deposit to guarantee the booking (although booking.com takes your bank details and in case of no-show the hotel he can take your money) he has no obligation to me. 
As a side detail, the trip was a gift for my mother, for her birthday (79 years old), and the cancellation came right on the day of her birthday, as a gift. 
Unfortunately, a miserable experience like this can drestroy your whole image about the Bucovina's hospitality 😢, and it's really really pitty, because it's an amazing area of ​​Romania with some extraordinary people.

Inadmissible behavior

The only reason for this ‘big rate’ is the view. The room not too clean, bad-smell sheets, only cold water in the shower, poor-educated staff, food without taste. 
Thumbs up for the outside aspect, terrace and parking space. 


Average

Stayed three nights in June and had an excellent stay.  The hotel was exceptionally clean and everything felt quite new.  We ate once in the hotel and had a delicious and very good value meal - amongst the best we’d eaten.  Staff were also very professional and friendly.  Was surprised to read some of the other reviews here as our experience was extremely positive.  Location is also very good - its 5 mins walking distance from the Sucevita monastery and there is also an old established trail between Sucevita and Putna worth doing. 

Excellent hotel stay with friends

This is a spacious and comfortable hotel with beautiful views on the surrounding countryside. The magnificent Sucevita monastery is just next door. From here you can also do a 4 hour walk trough the forest to the Putna monastery, one of the other main cultural highlights in the area. Although, the are different other places to eat in the village, the food in the motel restaurant is well worth it. Prices are very good and the people are like I like it: down to earth without fuss but helpful and catering for whatever we asked. 

Ideal base to stay in Bucovina

The only good thing about this hotel is its window view. Apart from this, 

-the staff is extremely rude (they treat customers like thieves, talk rude),
-the rooms are not tidy, water in bathroom has a very weird smell,
-no breakfast included although they promised it
-several of our things were stolen
-food was not so good 
-the bed was so bad, we could hear other people from other rooms when they were moving in it. We slept so bad..
-they ran out of single rooms and charged my friend a higher price after they put her in a double room (is it her fault that the hotel could not correctly keep record of their bookings?)
-strange hair in bed, dirty sheets, dirty sink, dirty glasses
I would not recommend it to anyone. 
Please do not book rooms at this hotel. You will have a bad time there.

Worst experience

I went with my family there  for dinner and they brought us expired juice ! Be careful guys ,check it or dont come here .     The waiter was so bored and we  wanted  to order some food from the menu but they had almost nothing from what we really wanted....so we had to order something else ..they should be punished for this ..what the hell man ,expired juice in 2017?? Lame

First, the good things: the motel is very nice from the outside and in the public areas. It is also very near the "painted monastery ". The room  we got looked nice but than we found out that the T.V was very old and the pictures we're all green (???). The toilet had a brown dirt of rust, there was no hairdryer, the towels were thin and no shower rug. The weather was cold and no heating. The service in the restaurant in the evening was very slow and in the morning we had to remind the waiter what to bring to the table. On arrival we went to rest for a bit but couldn't do it because some children (the managers'??) Were busy running and moving chairs on the floor above ours. We asked the woman how took care of them to take care that they will be quiet but only after my husband went again and shouted,  we got some quiet. We also had to look all the time for the front desk clerk. In short - it is pity that in such a beautiful motel the service is so bad  !!
