Very nice, nobly furnished hotel.

We stayed for one night in the 5-star room. It is large, with a huge bed, a balcony overlooking a rose garden and a huge 4K Smart TV. The bathroom has a spacious rain shower and a Jacuzzi. 
The room - like the rest of the hotel - is very stylishly decorated and clean. The bed was so comfortable that we thought about asking where to buy the pillows.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. 

The hotel itself is centrally located but quiet on a side street. The city centre is only a few minutes walk away.

Villa Alice is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful villa,elegant,very clean,quiet,in centre of the town with welcoming stuff.Great rooms with jacuzzi.Awesome decorated with historical  themes and unique art pieces.Always a  pleasure to stay there and relax.

The villa is very chic. Pleasant atmosphere, spacious and carefully arranged rooms. Delighted by the style of the furniture, and assorted bedding. The bathrooms are phenomenal. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi. And in the bedroom we had an extra wide TV. No problems regarding  the internet connection.
Welcoming, responsive staff. The location is central with parking.

I have stayed in a very sunny and elegant room. Is absolutely worth the price and offers the best. The Bathroom was for me like a SPA. Such a Luxury and confort. It was the best choise for me and I will surely choose it again when I will be in Suceava.

A few years ago we discovered this quiet and lovely place.
Recently we saw it again and we were impressed by some changes.
We observed new fences,renewed and paved parking and renovated building.
On the outside walls,we noticed a frame in the form of medieval window containing a mosaic inside which represents, according to the receptionist, the first exposition of the Tetraevangel of Humor in the mosaic on a building wall.
On the wall of the reception,there also are three medallions representing the most important personalities that contribuited to the Great Union since 1918.
Otherwise,the same beautiful and elegant place,with a lot of flowers,quiet and welcoming people.
Whenever we will have the opportunity to return to the area,we will gladly stay to  this wonderful place.

We stayed at the Villa Alice Hotel and found the staff and facilities excellent. Price was a little high but reasonably. Room was large, quite, and comfortable. Free wi-fi. There was a huge bathroom with large bathtub with water jets. We paid about $6 each for a buffet breakfast and it was decent but not a lot of selections. Location is downtown and walking distance of about 2 blocks to main bus station and 4 blocks to bus stop where you can catch bus #2 that goes to a huge Mall and on to the train station. If you arrive by train you can take Bus #2 to downtown. It’s about 3 miles. 

Nice place! the bed surprised us, it's literally HUGE bed! 
The bathroom is very big too! 
The only problem was the brekfast...you have to pay extra 25ron/person and it's very poor. No offence, the condition are 5 stars but the brekfast 1 star. 
Maybe he can work at this point because the acomodation deserve 5 stars. 

The Villa Alice is a great choice in Suceava,  ideal for exploring both the city and Bukovina. The villa is located on a secluded lane away from main road, ideal for an undisturbed night's sleep. My room had a large double bed and great en suite bathroom. The decoration was somewhat unusual french inspired but unoffensive. My only disappointment was the lack of breakfast - especially on the day excursion to the Painted Monasteries

Arrived by train from Cluj in to  Suceava  at 16:17 on 25th October.  The station is north of the town - a 10 minute drive – so we got a taxi to the hotel.  Booking was made directly with the hotel - Villa Alice, str. Simion Florea Marian - a 5 minute walk from the centre and the bus station, from where we were departing the following afternoon, en route to cross the border into Ukraine.

This is a cosy and well appointed hotel with a large and comfortable bed in our room. They have a range of rooms in the hotel – from 3* to 5* - depending on size of room, bed and - it seems bathroom facilities. We were in a 4* room – which had a rather ‘complex’ (sophisticated) shower which looked to be capable of all sorts of magic. (This is a bit of a bete-noire with me : I don't much go for 'overly multi'-functional showers. To my mind, as long as they give you a good hot shower without too much complexity, I am happy - I'm not up for being 'terrorised' by bathing facilities. Heaven alone knows what the shower would do in the 5* room.) 

Breakfast was overseen by a very attentive lady who wanted to ensure we had everything we needed and was keen to ensure we understood how to avail ourselves of all that was on offer before she left for Church. Hot breakfast options were given to us as well as a giant plate of cheese and other items were also  offered (it  felt a little like an over-indulgent grandmother ensuring we had enough to eat). Very sweet, hospitable and unique. 

A lovely little hotel that they look to be expanding on and improving on - they seemed to be working on it very industriously (but all the while unobtrusively). It is  in a good location close to the centre of the town. If visiting again, I would definitely stay.

We found Villa Alice to be clean, quiet and nicely appointed. It is within a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of the city. (There is very little left of "old town" Suceava. Instead, there is a new square with cafes and a few shops. Nevertheless, a nice safe place to spend supper). The continental breakfast at Villa Alice was the standard that we found in all the pensions in Romania - selection of cold cereals with various toppings, coffee, tea, juices, buns and sweet breads, yogurt, cold meats, cheeses. Villa Alice also served up hot eggs and sausages not found in some pensions where we stayed. There is, though, no elevator which means we had to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The pension offered no laundry service which disappointed us.
