Accommodation and meal conditions are modest. Parking is insufficient. The only good thing - the location - close to the main tourist attractions in Sibiu.The furniture in the rooms looks old, the TV is small and uncomfortable. The restaurant seems OK, but it is served by insufficient staff

Very nice and available, very quiet, very personal place, very nice and available, very good breakfast, if I ever go back to Sibiu, I will not hesitate to book a bedroom here, thanks to the availability, I recommend you try this place at the X

They have parking!
Polite staff.
I ate better than in Piata Mica. We recommend cow bread.
Large, clean room with everything you need.
It is centrally located and costs less than similar hotels.
Also, the food is cheaper than in the two markets.

We booked the room because of the location and that the place had parking however I wasn’t impressed that much of the place. We stayed on the 3rd floor in room 315 next to the stairs. The first key was not working and I had to go back to remake it again. We asked for a double bed and in the room was a twin. I had to put the bed together.The carpet of the room was really stained. The furniture was looking old and the bathroom looked like someone was in rush. We went for drinks in the old town and when we came back the room was really chilly. We put the AC on warm but took a little while until the room got a nice temperature. We looked for a blanket but nothing.... the positive things ... the staff was nice 

Overnight stay 

It is a hotel located near the center, barely 10 minutes' walk from the main square. There is no elevator and you have to carry the suitcases up the stairs, which makes it uncomfortable.As for the rooms, they are pretty normal, we're going to a 2-star hotel.

Quite normally.

We went for dance festival and stayed for a week. We were 16 rooms.How can it be with 3 stars? No elevator,poop of birds on my bath towels. My friends room has not got air condition and the half rooms without air condition they gave fans. We told them to fix it but they didn't.one room has problem with the bath. I mean that the pipe of Bath it was broken. Never here again 😠😠😠

The worst hotel ever

The Apollo is located just a short distance from the delightful Transylvanian town of Sibiu. It's a perfectly average hotel & great for a few days. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your own luggage. The rooms are clean and comfortable which is most important to me. However be aware that not all rooms have air-conditioning I was lucky and if visiting in the summer months it is essential.

An average hotel for a short stay

Some staff members are nice and helpful but some are pretty sarcastic and rude so it depends on who you get. It is close to the old town and it has a car park, these are the good points.

The bad points :
It is very noisy, they have a Party every weekend so it's non stop loud music. They even pump out the dance music at breakfast and dinner time so it's not a place for a quiet meal or to think / relax / work.

There is no lift so I had to drag my suitcase up three floors - the stair case is spiral just to make it that little bit more challening. 

The room has no amenities - no kettle , no AC, no toiletries, small TV, no water, tea, coffee, no safe , no hairdryer , no iron etc so you need to bring everything with you and then take it with you at all times if its important.

Towels were provided but there were holes in the towels and they aren't big enough to wrap around the body , over the course of a week they were changed once even when put in the shower they were just left. When we asked about it we were told we should get fresh towels every day but they simply don't have enough to service all the rooms ! As there is no AC you really need to shower a lot !  

The room is okay just to sleep but its hard to relax as you can hear everything that's going on especially if there is a party. We had a balcony but not furniture outside to enjoy it. The sink has a hole in it with just one mirror in the whole room. 

No waiter at breakfast, it gets laid out at 7am with no staff to watch it so when it runs out that's it , better to get there early if you want to eat. No tea just fruity flavours which aren't replenished if they run out. We ate dinner at the restaurant once but was told the chef was too busy to cook for us as they were expecting a coach party for dinner therefore we could only have pasta. 

Free wifi but the connection is patchy and doesnt always work. 

Overall if my work hadnt paid for me to stay here I would have moved out. I am sure there are better hotels to stay in with the same proximity to the town. 

Could do better! 

Nice hotel from the outside, nice presentation, close to the center, but noisy, disappointed with the rooms and bathroom, not terrible for a night's rest, quality / price not up to par.

Not too bad.

The location is decent, being in the proximity of the historical centre of Sibiu (5min walk) although the rooms are dated and small with basic furniture and lack of facilities. The bathroom seriously needed renovating, while the cleanliness was average. The breakfast buffet is quite poor, with a very limited choice. Overall, quality-price ratio is poor.
