We stayed  in Zanzi  for a few days. Nice, warm rooms, cozy and well-designed, warm water always available. Beautiful kitchen and good breakfast. Kind and smiling owners create a feeling that your home. Next visit in Sibiu will be there . :)))

good choice while in Sibiu, maximum 10 min to the Old city and 5 min from the train/bus station. however, it is in a quite zone and there was no noise from the street. we were only 2 persons but have been upgraded to a 4 person double room, really great one.i didn`t tried the breakfast but i have heard good things about it. overall a good choice and Sibiu is just magnificent.

A well located place, great breaksfast and kind stuff, that gived us the informations we needed to visit what we wanted in Sibiu. They also got us some invitations for a very nice Film Festival that started in those days we were there. We enjoyed also the quiet of the town. Zanzi has a great centered location. Nice rooms. No complains. We will defenelly come back again here.

I visited Sibiu a couple of months back and had just randomly picked this pension mainly because my girlfriend liked the pictures. We were on a budget so we had to balance price and comfort, and this place didn't fail. In short: The rooms were clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated. The breakfast was an open buffet with a mixture of convenience food, fruit and (as far as I can gather) Romanian dishes. It wasn't the best breakfast we ever had, but it was certainly worth the price. I can't stress this enough: middle-class couples like us don't get a lot of leeway with our cash, and I'm usually pretty worried about inexpensive hotels/pensions, because they tend to be less than advertised. The owners seemed nice enough, handing our keys past midnight and letting us stay past the check-out hour. We were also very happy to be so close to the town center, which is the highlight of Sibiu. Perhaps the only downside was the unstable wi-fi (it worked on and off, they ought to fix it), but then again, why would you whine about in-room internet when you're visiting a beautiful town on vacation?

Our team visit Sibiu 17-19 January for a international snowboard competition in Arena Platos next to the city. 
The organizers accommodate us in Zanzi with some of the other teams. The hostel is a renovated very old house, with a secured parking. The rooms was very warm the renovated parts  was relay nice and cosy ,most of the rooms was with second floor bedroom. The breakfast was mostly with home made cheese, jam, omelets and meets, really nice we like it. The keepers was really invisible so we was no bothered in any time. The hostel is secured, the sheets, beds and pillows was good and comfortable. There is almost nothing in the rooms but combined with the style it was really fine. We will book it next time we are going to Arena Platos for sure.
