Very nice and receptive hotel staff 👍🏻😊 We got supplied with everything needed, the room was tidy and the breakfast was ok. The service is for a 5 stars hotel. We got the offer to choose the room we wanted. We would definitely come back!

Nice hotel staff

The price is quite high, but let's say it is acceptable because the hotel is right in the very center of the Satu Mare city.
The hotel is a former communist one (with everything what this means!), old rooms, but clean, with heating (we were there in October and we needed it). Small double bed.
The people from the Reception were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the restaurant of the hotel was horrible. They don't have almost anything from their own list. The food which was supposed to be hot was cold. The service is late (we had to wait one hour to receive our food!). The people from the restaurant were very impolite. We asked for something and we received something else. And when we received what we have asked, it was in other quantities. It the morning the lady serving there was shouting at me because I was very polite asking water for the tank of the cafe machine...

Right in the centre of the city; good hotel; horrible restaurant

The policy of the hotel regarding the parking in front of the hotel is unique worldwide. There is a employee that makes reservations for other clients and even tho you are a customer and the parking should be for all customers regardless. He even asks where are you leaving to know why you need the car. Seriously?? At first i thought it was a joke. I asked the receptionist to explain the situation and he said, quote: "first client has priority but we have reservations" 3-4 parking spots blocked. I have never in my life seen such a rude and unprofessional employee at any star rated hotel.
It is my only complaint about the hotel. Food service + staff + room is good but again, PARKING IS A JOKE, JOKE, JOKE! 

Worst parking service i have ever seen

I visited this hotel 20 in 1998. Everything is the same,  but older 😔.
Minus: furniture,  services .
Plus: cleaning ,  price, location .
The room size is average. I've got a room with  a small balcony  oriented to main street; it's dirt,  with cigarette ends. 

Back to 80s

Its excellent position makes you forget about communist style furniture, open tap for hot water or waiting for the waiter to order your breakfast. WiFi is really good. Also good restaurants in the vicinity (Crenguta is really good). Does not hurt to rent an apartment if one stays more than 2 nights.

Still best solution for an overnight

Horrible noise from outside no air conditioning we did not sleep at all dirty room in the room the temperature was unbearable like in sauna maybe In sauna would be cooler then in the room as a pregnant woman I had a worst night ever!
I don’t recommend this place at all guys pay 10 euro more and have a nice night sleep somewhere else !!!! This place is dirty noisy old rubbish and smelly !

Terribleness

Dirty room!
No hot water at the 7th floor!
The elevator dosen't go all the way to the top floors!
Small double bed!
Arrogant staff!

I do not recommend!!!........
