Very nice place, clean, no hot water for shower at the end of the day.
We weren't aware of food drink not allowed, only stuff purchased at the complex, a bit overpriced, but you were allowed to go out to the car and back if wished.

The lake view is very nice.
The pools very clean but it was too cold for swimming.
Very good food.
Too bad the restaurant was closed at 20.00 pm.( we were there monday, off season).
Near the hotel you can find a camping and a beach.

Nice view

We arrived on thursday and stayed until sunday. The room was clean. We booked a room with view to the lake and balcony. You can see in the photos that there was no lake view from the balcony, just a planted field. The food is mainly frozen semi-preparations. Besides the menu has  few options to offer, they don't even have all the food mentioned in the menu. On saturday we went to have lunch and they said that the soups are offered at the main restaurant, but if we wanted to eat the maincourse we had to move at the pool terrace...but at the pool terrace they don't serve soups :)) Through the course of the day , the place is beautifull and quiet, but in the nights on weekends they organize weddings and baptise and the music goes on all the night. The hotel is ranked as 4 stars hotel but they don't show it. The prices are too high reggarding the services they provide. Not coming back for sure. The 2 stars are offered just because the room was clean.

Not coming back

Well,after our last year vacation at this property,this time it was a dissapointment.first of all the pool it is the atraction of this place and now it was dirty and kind of greenish instead of blue.The rooms are basic,far away from the four stars and the AC is missing.The menu is poor and the prices are too high.at dinner the chicken dishes were off and nobody buddered to provide some even there was a lot of people in the restaurant,so we had to order another meals.the breakfast even it is between 8 and 11,practicly ends around 9,30,you cant find anything to eat after that hour.the room policies are changed since last year,every kid has to sleep in a suplimentary bed charged extra and it is necessary to pay for breakfast and pool too.so if you have one child(no two,or three) the costs are more than doubled comparing to a double room regime.So i definitely do not reccomend this accomodation to families.actually because the bar and restaurant close at 20,30 i think the single ones or the couples would not be very happy there too.the personel it was kind and helpfull so thats why they have 2 stars instead of one.if i am not mistaken the manager,a young lady was very preoccupied to yell at the employees and she was rude to guests.

Dissapointing

The owner lady is very disrespectful witn clients, rude and uses unapropriate language. We spent a dat at the pool in august 2024. They tell us we have to eat and drink at the pool bar/ barbeque. So far so good. But hey had only half of he menu and when i asked for a cabbage salate ( wich was listed on their menu) the owner lady told me to go somewheare else where they have it and ai coul ead ketchup insted. Not nice. After we paid an big price for everyrhig without any recepie. Not possible to pay by card. Never coming back.

Horror

The owner is very disrespectful as we left a bike outside on a big rock as they don’t have a place for bikes, only in the back of the hotel where you can’t see it and spoke to us in a very rude way, to move it to another place when we already said we would move it and wanted to kick one of us out as she thought he was lying about his age. She tried making him go all the way home to get his birth certificate! Even though we are young adults she should still have manners and treat as costumers!

Costumer service

Unfortunately, the people from the Reception gave us rooms in an unfinished building, one kilometer away from the actual 4stars hotel, on a muddy road. They didn’t turn on the heat because they said it was warm enough, even if outside there were 8-10 degrees celsius and raining. 
The room didnt have hair dryer, TV, internet or flip-flops. The receptionists were unprofessional and treated us really bad. 
Zero hospitality.

Called them to ask if can pay by card. They said can pay for everything, accommodation, restaurant, pool. When got there they said can pay by card only the accommodation. We left. Very cold and unprofessional staff. No way this establishment is 4*
