Beautifull.good food.nice people.view is extraordinary.huge rooms.very clean.perfect  vacation with family for fresh Air and relaxation.a lot of lakes and rivers to see around.we will be back for sure.

I had a business trip nearby, my partners and I had accomodation here and we couldn't understand each other as they held a big party with guests from outside the hotel. No sunchairs, no access to the river right behind the hotel, everything you ask for begins with "no".

Very, very poor services

rude staff, they had baptist events and didn’t notify the hotel's customers about this. Anything we asked for, the answer was always negative. Although the sunbeds were included on the site, they told us that they couldn’t offer us because they are damaged, without TV on the terrace, they closed the restaurant at 10 o'clock, non-functional wi-fi, major deficit in cleaning, elevator non functional

Horrible holiday zan hotel

Nothing to see, nothing to do .
The crew from the hotel is unprofessional. At the check-in we were not informed of the event that will take place during our 2 days at the hotel.

Zan Hotel

This hotel is one of the best I stayed in. The staff is very professional. The food is very good and great value for money. The view from the room is great. The room is clean and also the bathroom. The small spa gives you the relaxation you need. Breakfast bufet is good!coffee is given on request and it is good!  
No complaints.
 You should only know that the parking is not big. Sometimes crowded. 
When there are big groups in the restaurant, you should mention you are a guest of the hotel, otherwise you will not get all the food from the menu.

Best experience

Large room with balcony, cozy bed, mountain view, well equipped bathroom, private parking inside the property yard, functional elevator. 
I didn't check the indoor pool, as the smell of chlorine coming from the spa zone (located under the ground level) was not so inviting.
The breakfast needs some improvement - they only offer white bread, for instance, multigrain is not available and the tea selection is very poor but the coffee was really good. 
We also took a lunch here, which was not a good idea: except for the soups, there was nothing to remember. The worst dish, by far, was the spaghetti.  
The hotel is located on the road to Transalpina Ski Resort, at about 35 km from the cableway station and this is why we decided to pick it. Stayed here in February 2019, over an weekend. 
All in all, the hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars but considering that it is located almost in the middle of nowhere, I wouldn't judge it too harsh. After one day on the slopes of Transalpina, all you need is an elevator to take yoy to the room and a cozy bed. Just eat something before leaving the ski resort ;)

Decent accommodation in Voineasa

The hotel should not have four star. It s true there is an elevator and the rooms are somewhat bigger but: the breakfast is poor, the restaurant is horrible (beames painted in oil paint, drapes old and dirty ), a strong smell of chlorine was coming from downstairs, l didn’t have the courage to even go down to the”spa”. The whole hotel smelled of food,chlorine or old ... the sheats on the bed were dirty and had to ask to change them. The only good thing was the bed.

Bad experience

Nice and clean hotel. Large room with balcony. A small river flows behind the hotel. Very good food for Dinner. Breakfast buffet is not organized very well. Have to order each cup of coffey seperately. There is only toast bread which is left in plastic bags.

Good place to stay en route to the Transalpina

A hotel I think I do not stay in for more than two nights. Functional rooms are not large and by the way there is no coffee stand! 
The hotel is in the area and in a quiet location and if you are not interested in skiing or on the way to the Transalpiania (c67) you probably will not get there either. 
Breakfast provided no more. There is a restaurant in the hotel which gives an advantage that you do not have to look for a restaurant on site.

מלון דרכים שלדעתי לא שוהים בו יותר מלילה שתיים.
 חדרים פונקציונליים לא גדולים ואגב אין עמדת קפה ! 
המלון באזור ובמיקום שקט ואם אתם לא בעיניין סקי או בדרך לכביש הטרנסאלפיני (c67) כנראה שגם לא תגיעו אליו.
 ארוחת בוקר מספקת לא יותר. ישנה מסעדה במלון מה שנותן   יתרון שלא צריך לחפש מסעדה במקום.
