Super clean from hallways to rooms to balconies. The days were in the mid 80s during our stay so it was a bit warm at night. We wanted to sleep with the balcony door open (has a screen) but the traffic noise was a bit loud as the main drag (highway) is just outside. Take earplugs and it should not be a problem. The shower head cannot be adjusted for height but you can adjust the pressure. Only soap is provided but there is a large supermarket in the building next door. Attached to the pension is an Italian restaurant serving great food! The bus stop for Brasov is across the street, and for Bran, just outside the Pension. The taxi to Rasnov Fortress ran 5-7 lei. This was a GREAT choice!
