We rented M. Filip's villa for a family reunion. The place is full of history but still modern. The house was very clean and being last one on the street, very quiet. It really felt like home. The outside area is so inviting, and the air so fresh. We loved our time there not to say that is only 30 min away of Draulac's Bran Castle. Definitely coming back next time we'll visiting Romania.

Great family vacation

We had lots of fun there, a great host, great accomodation. The rooms are nice and tidy, The kitchen well equiped. Big living room, a great place to stay with your friends. 
The sorroundings are wonderful, it is a great place to visit throughout the year. Thank you for a great weekend! 


Great host, great accomodation, lots of fun

An excellent place to stay. Very quite area with very relaxing garden. The villa looks amazing and it is decorated in a unique stile, with many paintings of the most famous national and international artists.

It’s my fifth time at this vila and I’ll surely be back. I’m starting to personally know the owner :))

It’s a great place for parties. Big living room with fireplace and cozy rooms. In most of the trips the owner wasn’t there, but even when he was we saw him only when we asked for something; he lives in another part of the house with different entrances. You have no restrictions regarding music, noise and having a great time with your friends.

Also the outside area it’s a great place to spend time. Very big rustic table near the barbeque. The stakes are on the grill and the wine on the table. Ping pong table and a lot of space outside which makes it a perfect destination for families with kids.

Perfect place for parties or big family trips

Perfect place for a holiday. The location is very good, being located 7 minutes walk from the center. Excellent outdoor setting with a large terrace and nice place for BBQ . The Rooms are very clean and is very quiet inside of it. There was no restriction to party.  I strongly recommend for groups or big families.

Charming place! Clean & nicely decorated with plenty of rooms for immediate & extended family. Spacious dining room with large table. Gorgeous rustic outdoor setting for eating or relaxing. Close to town. Highly recommended.

Romanian tour

I visited Vila Filip for a long weekend from Thursday to Sunday, and was an excellent choice! It is in the middle of the nature, full modern amenities with a large courtyard with a lot of old and big trees and an exquisite barbecue area! The rooms are large and comfortable, each have bathroom! The hosts are very attentive and are providing any product you need! There was not any restriction to party, and we have enjoyed a lot especially because is also close to the slopes! A bonus was the large terrace with astonishing views, where you can relax without any noise! I recommend!

Excellent place surrounded by nature in an artistic decorated villa. Cozy and warm living areas with more than comfortable rooms where, personally, I've had the best sleep in days.

I strongly recommend for groups or big families.

Wonderful times in a wonderful vila

Very nice villa, very clean and beautifully furnished.
Elegant bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen.
Large courtyard with children's playground and a very rustic and intimate barbecue.
6-8 parking spaces in the yard.
Very quiet area, it is great advantage that it is without cars traffic.
I recommend with warmth. We will definitely return.

Beautiful place

Beautiful villa, interesting style and paintings, and last but not least, a huge fireplace wich makes a very cozy place the living/dining room.
Outside you will find a wooden kiosk with a stone grill, so we could enjoy the trout and the wine in open air.
Altogether, a very nice place to escape the summer heat from Bucharest.
