The hotel has an elevator (which is not common in Predeal) and a private parking. The room was decent, the furniture was new, it even had a new generation Samsung flat-screen tv. There were a couple of things which did not match the design, such as the phone and the hairdryer. Also, the room would have looked better with another carpet and other curtains. The bathroom and the doors look rather old (there is a door separating the room from the hall which is very good for avoiding the noise on the floor, but this makes noise). However, the room is big and clean. The breakfast is good and diverse. 

Good position and comfortable hotel

Stayed there this September and found the hotel good for a short stay (a weekend up to one week). 

Location: as you leave the train station, the hotel is cross the main street, a 5 floor-building, impossible to miss. On the white façade, you will see the BRD letters written on, as the hotel belongs to a bank. 
The two lifts offer a very beautiful panoramic view over Predeal, up to the cable car at a distance, as they are positioned outside the building and covered in glass.

The room: it is large, large balcony, carpets all over the floor, the bathroom is white & clean, fresh towels and toiletries. 
It has a 24h reception service.

Breakfast: just as usual in a hotel: eggs, bread, sausages, cheese, vegetables, jam, butter, tea-lemon/coffee, milk, cereals, pressed cheese.

Excellent room

If you want to explore the mountaons of Romania, you can choose this place. The hotel looks very modern from the outside, with a spectacular view elevator, but is not so new inside. However, it offers good quality for an advantageous price rate. You can even eat there, although you have many better alternatives around. The view over the wood is great and, when it's clear you can even see the Bucegi mountains from your balcony.

A good place near the forest

Went there this weekend for the first time. Big rooms, amazing view if you're lucky enough to get a room that faces the mountains and the locals' houses. Quick room service. 
The meals of the hotel are provided by a really food restaurant located in its vicinity. 
Has a big parking lot, and it is located in the center of Predeal. 

Accessible and located in the center of Predeal

We had to stay 2 nights on Prahova Valley and we found a good offer for an apartment in Red & Black Hotel. It belongs to BRD / Societe Generale Bank, but it is open to public.

Overall very good experience: clean, very kind and helpful staff, free parking. Only breakfast is provided, while for the rest of the meals they recommend the nearby restaurant where you can get a 5% discount as hotel guest.

By the way, the BEST sleep ever due to SERTA HEAVY DUTY mattresses!!!
