Although a budget hotel, Terra has some competitive advantages 😊 First, it located very near to the river bank, and I was fortunate enouh to receive a room with view over the river. The room was rather large, luminous, with classic, robust furniture (solid wood) - I felt like I was at home. Maybe the amenities are not state-of-the-art, but this didn't change the general impression. Good breakfast, good coffee. And, most important, the lady from reception, welcoming the guests with kindness and professionalism.

At night, the sound of running waters had this soothing effect on me 😊 Saturday morning I saw families coming and laying their blankets on grass - near the hotel there is a picnic park (Silvas). 

Good for families

This is a clean hotel, less than 600m to Aquapark Nymphea. Its good for familly trips, quiet neighbourhood. Its close to city center and pretty much close to train station. Can be found, really easy, without gps.

It is very nice hotel with clean rooms. There is parking lace free of charge. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room with the view go the river is very pleasant one. If you are in a quick visit, you can choose this hotel.

Nice hotel

The hotel has an outdated air starting from the entrance, continuing with the reception and stairs covered with tiles fashionable in the 90s.
Pretty worn furniture, the room can say that was relatively clean.
Baia, about very, very small: sink squeezed between radiator and WC, shower probably occupying half of the entire surface. Towels very old and crusty, rusty radiator.
Very meager breakfast: fried eggs, a few slices of ham, cheese and questionable quality cheese, jam and butter. Coffee, like probably the cheapest on the market.
So far, we can say that the quality-price ratio is ok.
At least for me, the only thing that made me change my opinion was the moment when suddenly the bed appeared a cockroach ... perhaps there were others.
