Is a completly new hotel. In 221 was renovated and now is a 4 stars hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good food! I can say that was fulfill my expectations!
Private parking, outside pool, greck restaurant near by! We was very pleased with everithing we get here!

A very good experience!

This hotel has definitely not been refurbished since 30 years. The carpets on the halls and in the room are dirty, very dirty. The furniture is old, everything looks shabby and the room has an old, nasty smell. It was cold at night. Bathroom awful, old and thin towels.  It is far away from the beach, like most hotels in Neptun, around 20 minutes walk. You can hear every word of the neighbours and the balcony are easily accessible by anyone. No elevator. Do not go there. 
However parking is free and staff at the reception helpful and polite.

You better avoid it

Been at this hotel in 2017 and was kinda pleased on the photos I saw on their website, comparing with the prices.
Everything good till I got there.
It's an old communist hotel, with no decent renovation from the past 20-30 years.
The room was dirty with old beds, with a terrible bathroom and the sheets were old smelled strange.

The hotel has it's own restaurant and we instantly regreted our choice since we had some meal vouchers provided by the hotel.

Old food with a strange colour and I don't want to talk about the taste.
In short terms, after the first day eating there my girlfriend had to go to the pharmacy to get pills for food intoxication.

I don't recommend it, and don't get fooled from the pictures from their website.

Run as fast as possible

I was in this hotel with my family.So dirty toilet,bad smell on the room,unfriendly staff!Old hote,,dirty carpet.I stayed there for only 2 nights.Bad experience.Never ever again!
Food are ok for the money you pay.
