Lovely boutique hotel with great location and delicious breakfast with a beutiful lake view. Staff could not be more helpful. Isabela gave us a warm welcome and Alina who was in charge of breakfast made for my wife a very tasty poached eggs even when they usually don't make them. So we really appreciated it. :) Over all everything was wonderful and we will definitely come back again! Thank you Imago:)

We stayed here for 1 night. The location and the view from the balcony is great, the staff are very friendly. The room was spacios and clean. The breakfast it's ok for a small hotel. It was a nice place. Very quiet for people who want to chill

My husband book this family holidays and I admit didn’t check anything until I was in place. Don’t let yourself get spooked but the surroundings of the hotel. Everything inside is really taken care off. Stafff very friendly and always alert, specially Izabella. Very comfortable bed and spacious room, breakfast is good.

Great time with family...

Nice place

We have 4 nights during the peak time at the hotel. First the checking in was around 4 PM as the rooms wasn't ready on time .The lack of staff was a major problem as the receptionist was also doing the cleaning and watering the plants outside and also serving the breakfast !! The room was ok however the sofa bed very poor , the tiles on balcony not clean and on bathroom the shower try mastic full of black spots from mould and the one tap was loose . 
There is a building site just 5 m away from the hotel .
Same breakfast every day and poor . No hot water for coffee or tea. The terrace was   filthy as over the weekend they doing private parties ( not for hotel guests ) with loud music and barbecue . 
I would say 3 star hotel !!

The rooms here are nice, the location wonderful, the staff is nice, but the owner of the place was a jerk. I got 2 rooms here for preparations for our wedding for me and my husband. We wanted to take a few pictures with our bridesmaids and the groomsmen, but the owner came knocking at the door and yelling at me, the freaking bride, that he was the boss and he should have been told about our plans, even though I have told this to the receptionist when I booked the rooms. Honestly the worst experience of my life and the most misbehaved human being ever.
Would not recommend this place in a hundred years.

Worst experience on the best day of my life

We booked two rooms at Imago, for 3-4 hours, in order to get dressed for our wedding and take a few pictures with a few close friends in a quiet and nice setting. We stated this very clearly when booking, and the girl at the desk was kind enough to show us the rooms so we could choose the ones that we liked best. The problem was that in the day of our wedding, the owner came to our doors and started telling us that we can't have other people in the room (I repeat, we stated that this is what we were going to do), even though we did not make any noise or bothering anybody. He kept telling us that he is the boss and he does whatever he pleases in his hotel, he was rude to our photographer that was just waiting for us on the lake shore, and tried really hard to ruin our day. It is a shame that the owner is always rude(I have heard similar stories from other people), because the hotel is pretty nice
