Great staff people, with warm greeting. The view was wonderful, for a city break, because it is peacfull. Something really special for eastern Romania/Europe. A bit of investments and European grants would help that area to be more populated with tourists. I would recommend some more waiters for the restaurant on groudfloor.

There is also a pool, free parking, picnic area.

Excellent room, wonderful views over Bicaz lake, good Romanian food and friendly service. The place is a little hidden but to some this may add charm. The area is so peaceful and tranquil, you'll forget all your problems from daily life.

I have just returned from Romania & stayed in the ecotur resort hotel for 4 nights. The rooms are very clean & comfortable with beautiful window views. There is a tennis court & an indoor swimming pool & the staff are lovely, so friendly & helpful as I found the Romanian people in general. The view is amazing. Will definately return back here when I return to this beautiful country

A beautiful small hotel, with a great location and a gorgeous view. Conditions are good - food was delicious, rooms was clean, people there - very kind. Hotel is on a side of mount Ceahlau, and from most rooms you have a magnific view over mountains or lake or lake and mountains.

Thia was the third stay here.Peaceful ,decent and beautiful.The VIP room was great with 2 beds one double ,one simple,2 balcony,refrigerator,clean bathroom.The room was large and with beautiful lake and mountains view.The service was very efficient.we,ll be back
