Amazing place to stay in Cluj Napoca!! Very comfy, affordable, clean, modern place. The wifi signal was perfect even with all the rooms booked. The hosts were super friendly and they showed us all the facilities We had.
We will certainly go back to this accomodation.

Super place to stay

Once you get the key you are are your own here.  For us that was fine, but when we asked for a second night, the owner shrugged us off basically saying “good luck” everyone is full because of a music festival.  We found a lot nicer, though pricier accommodations easily online, in spite of his dour response. 

The room was sparking clean, freshly painted white with a modern bathroom.  There are only the sparsest furnishings.  In the bathroom we had to put our things on the floor as there are no counters, shelves or towel bars.  I found the bed too hard and sheets scratchy.  Bring a sleep mask as the attic window streams in sunshine.  For a good price, you get a very clean bright room close to the Botanical Garden.  There’s a coffee machine, no milk.  A fridge if you want to store your own food. It’s a good walk downhill to a coffee shop.     This is a good budget no-frills stay.

Super clean and basic

Private parking, fridge, 3 steps to the room, clean, free wi fi, no smoking in the room, one km walk to a small mall with supermarket, no coffee or tea or electric kettle, no hairdryer, shampoo and soap needs improvement, Cristian gave a good service (meet him once). No office in place, Wich means no reception service, no breakfast at all.

Good price for what you get , good for a short stay

The pension is very well located, near the Botanical Garden, near the city center and near to bars, pubs and restaurants.
The room was big and clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom had everything you need.  
A big plus is that you have free parking where you can leave your car.
We had no problems checking in, even though we arrived late at night. The only thing was that we could not pay with card, so be sure to have also cash with you for any case.

Good location and conditions for the money

The bed was very nice, the room was very big, staff was extra nice. It was nice that we also had a shared kitchen that we could use in the morning to make coffee. The parking lot was not very big but I could find a parking spot.

Top value for money

Very clean, good size room, nice bathroom. Owner is not really here, you have to call him for anything. Is not well isolated and you here all the traffic. Was not very bad since during the night there is low traffic. Location is ok - close to the center. I had to identify how to turn on the heating system. The owner did not provided. All the info. Heating was off even if outside there was 13 degrees. Overall not a bad impression. Good location, clean place, but it can be improved from some issues.

Ok, but could be improved

I had guests and made reservation in that pension.
Even during the day, responsible person was in touch to confirm reservation, evening around 22.00 entrance was closed / locked.
The phone numbers on the door and on website were not responding.
45 minutes we tried many different ways to find a way to get in.
Finally we found a key on back door. We found the responsible staff asleep in a room.
Room was good.
Location is OK.
Car Parc is OK.
