Hotel Eden Garden Spa

Eden Hotel is an outdated 3star hotel. The new Spa is much better they say, but we have no experience with that part. The (bath)rooms of Hotel Eden are spacious and clean. And the hotel serves a good diner. Because of very bad weather and heavy rainfall during our stay, the hotel suffered from loss of water pressure, electricity outage, loss of telephone connection and so on. But the staff stayed friendly and helpful, and were quick to repare the defects.

Hotel is outdated but the staff is great

Definitely not a 3 or 4 stars they advertise for, rooms are old and dated , high price for what you get , I have to say the two young ladies at the reception were nice and tried to help me as much as they could , rooms were just ok the sheets were humid and the mattress was bigger than the frame of the bed I had to sleep in the middle off the bed otherwise you will have the impression you will fall of the bed , the mattress also didn’t have a protector other than the sheets, didn’t feel good about that , breakfast buffet was ok , good assortment, all in all I’ll probably not come back

Visit

We ve got a horible room without Windows- was last floor . The whole floor stinked - very small sense. The double bed was 2 diferent beds! The bathroom awful- all old And ugly!
We expected for paying 80 Euros for a room Something else ! This cant deserve more then 20 euros !
We ate there , the bread was old And mold- probably for several days -We havent ate anything !
We asked to talk to the manager for This horible situation- Noone came - They put the waiter to talk to us ! We wanted to call the consumer protection!
We Dont recomand ! Îs for sure the worst place We ve been in the last years! And comparing the price - îs a Steal!

I stayed there one night. It doesn't deserve 3 stars.

I stayed in the front building, close to the street and it was very noisy.
The "high-tech " shower was falling apart (see pictures). As mentioned before, the entrance to the parking is very difficult to reach...
Other travellers seemed very happy while staying in the other building so why do they keep the front one?
Of course it's less than 50 euros but on the other hand you can do a lot with 50 EUR in Romania, especially there...

I stopped there because it was late but if you do so, be very careful with the room they propose you... if it's in the front building just refuse it.

3 stars hotel? Must be a joke

Mold, bathroom very small, tiles absence, defect led, bad smell in the room. Background noise, the hotel is the street. Rusty toilet paper holders. The bridge to the pool is outside, slippery if its raining. The two points are just for the pool and breakfast, which are ok.
