The room was very clean, with a laaaarge balcony. Very good food, friendly and helping staff (receptionists, waiters, cleaning lady), excellent location (beautiful view of the forest, away from street noise)

Great and relaxing time

We went there looking for relax and that s what we found. The athmosphere was peacefull, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good. Also the pool was nice, the decoration of the hotel was very nice and one of the best thing was the view from our balcony was the forest which was amazing. We will return for sure.



Great

Reception stuff are great but just that. Breakfast selection is non existent. If you want juice or water with your breakfast, you need to pay for them. You don't have even a jug with still water.  For a coffee you need to wait ages. WiFi connection is very poor and if you are on top floor you can forget about that. The owner wants to make money but he doesn't know how to run a business.

Worst hotel experience ever

My family booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 2 days for a family gathering. The hotel looked nice at first glance.
- the towels in the room didn't smell fresh, the water glasses also smelled like coffee
-during the 2 days no one came to pick up the trash nor change towels
-the balcony door in one of the rooms wouldn't close
-the rooms are really badly soundproofed, you can hear anything that's happening in the rooms around us
-the food was TERRIBLE, steak was cold, soup had no taste, the coffee served in the morning was horrible, also it was overpriced, no vegan options, little vegetarian options (not even those) 


Bad conditions 

The hotel is located near the main road. Very close you can visit Cozia monastery.
The better rooms are in B building.
The hotel have a restaurant. Serbian food can be found here. 
Cleaning could be better everywhere.
In the night was very hot.
Old furniture and old objects in the room. 
TV is small. 
The pool have termal water, not very big but cosy.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator.
We came to a team building. They helped us with everything we needed : glasses, ice etc. The price they charged us for a barbeque and a goulash was a bit high :70 ron/person, we were a group of 17.
A terrace is available in summer time.
Large parking place available. 
Overall i don't recommend it.


Poor hotel, nice team building 

It is a very good hotel if you need to stay over the weekend. It is located near the town's park.
It has clean and good looking rooms, restaurant and an indoor pool with thermal water.
The price of the room wasn't very expensive, but for certain the are less expensive accommodation offers in town.
The only downside were the sinuous corridors.

Great accommodation over the weekend

The only reason we stopped at this hotel because when we drove up, and the receptionist was outside and she was very kind and even helped us with the luggage.
It is overpriced for $48 per night.
Beside the receptionist who was kind and Smiled everybody else was not very friendly and it seemed that they didn't want to be around and hated their job.
You have to let the water run for a good 20 minutes before warm water is coming through the pipes.
The WiFi is REALLY bad, I had better reception through my 2G phone service.
