We initially choose this place because it was the best priced place with an indoor pool, and I'm happy we did. 
My fiancé and I thought at first it seems rough around the edges. 
But, your secluded, while being in the centre of a major city. Close by is a giant shopping mall, and all the other locations we visited were easy to reach by the bus or subway train. 
The rooms were clean, the staff was laid back, but very accommodating. We stayed for four days, and although we'd come back late they'd happily cook us something. Then we'd get to have drinks and enjoying the music while in the indoor pool, afterwards! I've never been to a hotel pool that was open later than 11pm.
The service, food, friendly staff, quietness, due to being there in the off season made it a tremendous stay. 
I liked it so much I suggested it as one of the places abroad that we should have our wedding. Definitely going back!! 

Diamond in the Rough

It is hard to list all the flaws in this hotel: the smell, the bed, the room, the staff. Walls with holes that had cables running through, dust all over the place and  windows with no insect net. Frogs jumping up and down. Personnel and people that where not guest that would smoke and drink next to our room while blissfully ignoring us.  
Probably the worst accommodation I had in years.

Terrrible

We had an enjoyable 2 night stay here, we stayed in the bungalow accommodation around the smaller pool, it was very quiet but the staff were really friendly and accommodating, and even though you're on the tip of an islet it is very close to a shopping mall and the centre of Buccarest, would stay here again.

Surprising bit of paradise on the Danube

The hotel is hidden on a peninsula of a lake in North Bucharest , minutes form Promenada shopping mall and the business district. They have a heated pool and rooms are distributed around it. Very interesting set-up grate for party and medium size groups who need overnight accommodation.

nice location, north of Bucharest

The hotel room near the pool are best... they are newer then the older part of the hotel so try and book them. the other rooms are old and not so well looked after.
the owner is very helpful so speak to her and not the staff since the staff are the staff if you know what i mean...
