- The location was very dirty, looked like no one ever cleaned the apartment; 
- The glasses and plates needed to be cleaned before use because they weren’t clean and they were also really deteriorated, like anything else in the apartment;
- We didn’t even had some basic hygiene items, like liquid soap or toilet paper, shower gel etc.;
- We had no Internet;
- Hot water maybe for only one shower a day;
- No heat at night, just a few hours in the morning;
- No one came for cleaning or changing the towels or bedsheets for the five days of our stay;
- The decorations, the walls, the furniture, the electric fittings and sanitary objects were really damaged, none of them were in a good state;
- One big cabinet in the hallway wasn’t even mounted on the wall, just proped on the wall, no one seemed to think about the risks of having a kid around it and being smashed by that big piece of furniture;
- The manager subtly ignored our needs and requests; 
- Not suitable for anyone, especially for family with kids. 

Terrible service and conditions

Hello, not that I am pretentious, BUT, the light does not go in the room, the lamps are broken, there is no siphon at any sink in the bathroom or kitchen, that is, you spray, half the sockets do not go, the heat goes when she wants it, hot water with ration, ie washes 1 person per hour, there are no towels, salt or pepper, and 2 pans are burned / infusable, the passage between tiles and parquet is made with screws and the girl was hit in them, the shoe from the entrance does not is stuck in the wall and is about to fall, the internet does not work. Pleasant holiday!

Not clean and not working

Tons of dust, everything is dirty (except the towels). Probably never renovated or taken care of.
The photos from their website and their old reviews are probably from when the apartment looked nice and newish.

Dirtiest apartment in Brasov

We rented the red (Rosu) penthouse as it had fairly good reviews, but upon arrival we were told it was already booked and we were in yellow!  Already a bad start and not impressed!  I think the photos online must have been taken years ago, the place is so rough looking!  Had to wash everything in the kitchen before we could use it, then we didn’t put anything back in the drawers or cupboards because they were so dirty. The curtains are filthy from rubbing on the dirty floors, maybe take them down and wash them!!  Although they are so old and cheap they would probably fall apart!  This place needs a thorough cleaning and a refurbishment, it’s not nice and definitely not luxurious!
We emailed the owners 24 hours before arrival to ask how to get the key, they didn’t respond.  Poor way to run a business!
We will NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Dirty and tired!

We stayed in Lola, no 12:
+ the apartment it is nice and spacious, well divided and it looks nice
+ we found the hairdryer broken and the person who let us in came and brought us another after we called.
+ easy and cheap to get to downtown 

- the cleaning is very superficial, the kitchen is only wiped, but desperately needs proper cleaning, the walls are hit and dirty, the closet in the bedroom was so dusty inside, not even touching the subject of room corners and the curtains.
- there was no sponge and no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen so you can't wash the dishes
- there was a coffee machine but not even a 3 in 1 in the apartment 
- no hand soap in the bathroom.

A small advice, in other rental apartments we stayed, the host left some small attentions that make you staying nicer and don't have any costs: some tea, some coffee, a bottle of champagne/wine with the logo of the apartment etc

Would return, but please change the cleaning company/person



Spacious but not so clean

You`ve booked the 2 rooms penthouse , as we was 2 couples . The penthouse is amazing , place is not so nice situated , but once you get inside , nothing matthers anymore. You have everything you need inside , and the jewellery of the penthouse of course it`s the jacuzzi !!! Was -4 degrees outside but once you`re in the jacuzzi everything it`s perfect !!! And plus you have 2 big supermarket just across the street in case u need something ! Some bottles of wine maybe :))

Incredible place !!!

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it met our needs. 

Highlights include

-modern furnishing
-relatively clean
-comfortable
-airy and adequate space 
-friendly staff
-Allocated parking
-Decent views 
-supermarket around the corner with good selection of vegetarian and vegan foods. 

I do have some suggested improvements 
- we had to pay the equivalent of 140 pounds when we got there and I still don't understand why. We stayed for 5 nights yet on the website it is only about 5 euros a night for electricity (I also don't understand this, surely this should all just be included in the room cost!?)
-  Be aware that the person who showed us into the room was very friendly but didn't speak much English (not a bad thing, we are in a different country of course! But just something to be aware of). We still managed to get by though. 
- There was a plug hanging out of the wall in the bathroom (I don't think they have much concern for health and safety in Romania). 
-Although clean, there was dust around the skirting board and corners of the room that had been missed.
- Additional pillows would make the beds more comfortable - currently only one rather flat pillow per a side. Bedsheets were clean and comfy though. 
- Booking.com has pictures of a jacuzzi for all the rooms - this is only the penthouse.
- People in the neighbouring flat were noisy one night, but stopped at 11pm. Generally the people in the neighbourhood were really really nice. 
- The apartments were a bit out of the way from the town centre and we struggled to get a taxi on the first day because our attempt at speaking Romanian was an utter fail. I suggest downloading an app to order taxis, this worked amazingly well for us and we could get a taxi in 5 mins. It costs about £2 for a taxi into Brasov.

Overall, I would stay here again, but there needs to be more clarification about costs (including on Booking websites and not just the accommodation website). 

A good base

Everything about this home exceeds expectations. It's easy to feel right at home and to relax immediately. Easily accessible, every detail has been considered.
I'm coming back! It was exquisite :)

Weekend Retreat Perfection

The apartment was immaculate and very well equipped. It was pretty quiet night and day. It had a reasonable sized balcony that was very sunny in the afternoon. Location wise it is situated in a mass of very modern apartment blocks that look out over wasteland. There are no restaurants that we found within walking distance but there is a big supermarket. It is about a 10 minute drive from more central Brasov. Traffic was not too bad but we found that most of the places we wanted to visit were a bit of a drive as they were closer to Rasnov. There were a couple of minor things in the apartment that were in need of repair e.g. A glass was under the radiator to catch drips from it and the plug didn't work for the bath,
