I do not recommend this accommodation. I charge 3 nights without having been. They say why I didn't show up. What a face On August 16, 2023 I arrived in Bucharest. I was looking for accommodation and it was impossible. In the building there were 5 portals with the same number and the reviews did not indicate well which was the staircase. It was 9:30 p.m. I called the phone 9 times but no one answered me. Then I send them a message. It was impossible. I had to go to a hotel.

Terrible

I've made a reservation through Hotels.com for 1 night saturday to sunday. When we arrived to hotel we had no room reserved even if 3 families came after us and they gave them 3 rooms because they paid cash for it.Weekend in Brasov means no avaiable rooms if not booked in advance. We found something 25km away from Brasov.I don't reccomend at all!!!!! The worst trip ever even if Brasov is the highlight of Romania!

terrible accomodation

My booking from hotels.com didn’t show up for them so they weren’t expecting me and it took a while to check in. They found a room for me but it didn’t look like they were expecting guests, the wing seemed to be some kind of storage for them and the room was tiny and very dark with an old carpet. The bathroom was amazing though and it was a good location. The courtyard was pretty.

I will suggest - before deciding to book a room at Pensiunea Italiana - that you demand from them confirmation as well as pictures of the exact room you will be getting. We booked a double room which looked fine on the website but on arrival were ushered into a very tiny room which measured 2.7m X 2.2m with a bathroom of 1.2m X 1.9m. Yes, we measured it! The bed measured in at 1.20m X 1.96m, which is nowhere near a double bed size but rather a very old type ¾ bed. This was the first time I used hotelsdotcom and it will be the last, I’m now back with bookingdotcom.

Bad experience

Great hotel, walking distance to the old town.Everyone is very friendly.

There are an old skinny guy with Bad talking ..swearing, after we came we Find 1 broken bed they told us we broke, then they say u don’t like go another place , after 400 km drive to this location and evening time  ... finally we gone to another place but 1 day gone off from this holiday .. don’t recommend 

Bad bad bad 5 star bad! 

Photos and reviews do not describe the real rooms. It was misery everywhere, a full smell of cheap detergents, the bathroom was misery. And after all of this, they stoped the heat in the middle of the night. Between 00:00-05:30 was no heat, and outsite was - 12 degrees.

Do not visit

The staff is very friendly, the place very clean. They come everyday and change the towels and clean the room. The only problem was the jacuzzi. When we tried to turn it on we got little shocks from the buttons. A "little" dangerous. Otherwise, close to the center.
