Very clean and confortable room, was lucky enough to get one in the newly built Casa din Parc. The resort itself has a very good vibe to it. Food at the restaurant was reasonably priced, tasty and plentiful. Lots of nice walks start from Gârda which is about 15 minutes with car. Overall this place has a positive energy and would recommend it. 

Friendly place in the Apuseni Natural Parc

Amazing place, with big cozy rooms and great service! The food is just at another level, some of the best traditional romanian food I have ever tasted.
The service is also great, as it did not matter if we wanted lunch at 12.00 or 15.00 p.m. The ladies serving it were right beside us.
You must try leurda soup, mushroom soup, duck and steamed cabbage and salty cheese pies on the rocks. 
A guest house that I look forward to come back to!

Must not miss it!!!!

We stopped at this place during our tour in Valea Ariesului. It is a very nice guest house and we were pleased to find that we could have a lunch there even if we didn't book a room. 
They serve Romanian traditional food and a wide range of beverages. The service was very good and the portions were big. 
If you get there, make sure to order some deserts - it's worth it!

Tasty food and good service

We went to eat at this pension. Very high prices, very small portions. The main courses are brought on small plates. I also took dessert, Dobos cake, a sliced cake, that is, instead of a cake triangle a parallelepiped with unequal sides. That incomplete slice cost 15 lei and is not good at all.

The guesthouse is well located to explore the area. The owners and staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. It is fantastic value for money. Some of the decor is a bit tired and the wifi was a bit hit and miss at times. There was a large TV in the room, note that they don't have a bed making service.The restaurant was great value

Great atmosphere and lovely staff

This quaint hotel is a gem in nature. Worth the stop. Meals are most delicious. They provide amounts of food that ate generous and tasty. Breakfasts is amazing and so is dinner. Rooms are basic but all you need is there. Very near the water. Very beautiful garden!!@

Very special

This place will have the best traditional food in Albac! I went here with my family and we all enjoyed it! I definitely recommend the place if you are looking to try out traditional food in Romania. The hosts are very nice and they are always willing to help out with advice on what the area can provide!

Excellent 

I visited this hotel last weekend.
The hotel has an excelent position, just near the main road in the area, it also has pool, jacuzzi, sauna and massage.
The rooms are very big, I had the biggest room, just above the pool, and I reccomend it if it is available when you check in; they are very clean, with flat tv. This room also has a very large terrace.
The pool is not the biggest, but you have free acces to it and also free jacuzzi. The water in the pool is not very deep, so you can relax even if you can't swim, if you are at least 1,6 m tall. Water in the pool is very clean, and it has the perfect temperature to swim and relax in it.
The restaurant is ok, the food is very good, most of the food is romanian traditional food.
The staff is very friendly, and it offers very good customer service, it seemed to me like I knew the hotel's administrator for my entire life.
So, when you are in this area, Steaua Ariesului is the one of the best places to stay in my opinion.
