Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Self parking fee: USD 15 per night
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight (amount varies)
• Facilities fee: USD 15

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: USD 500 per stay
• Tourism fee: USD 6.9 per accommodation, per stay
• Destination fee: USD 100 per accommodation, per stay
• Cleaning fee: USD 150 per accommodation, per stay
• Utility surcharge: USD 25 per accommodation per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

During renovations, the condo resort will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.
