Before arrival, guests must pay an advance payment of 10% of the cost of living. Prepayment should be made within five days of booking. Within a few days after making the reservation, the representative of the hotel will contact and provide information on how to make a prepayment.

The hotel charges a security deposit for each room. This amount is refundable upon departure if property damage is not caused.

The cost of accommodation paid by the guest includes:

meals according to the chosen fare (breakfast, half board (breakfast + dinner), (breakfast + lunch), full board); visit to the 50-meter indoor heated seawater swimming pool; access to the fitness center; guarded parking lot; Wi-Fi on site; Wet cleaning (daily); General cleaning and replacement of bed linen (1 time in 4 days or on request); Visiting the children's room.

In high season (from June 1 to September 30) in addition to year-round services: visiting a pebble beach (with the provision of lamzac, inflatable circles for swimming); entertainment music programs in restaurants and summer playgrounds, children's and adult animation; visiting 3 fresh water outdoor pools (on the roof of the 9th floor of the Central building, on the roof of the 3rd floor of the Coastal building, and the Grintsovsky pension, located 100 meters from the Central Building).

Access to the SPA complex is included in the room rate.

Children are accepted from any age. Children aged 0 to 2 years old without extra bed or with a baby cot on the same catering system as the accompanying person stay for free. Placement of children from 5 to 7 years old and adults in an extra bed in the room is made at special rates.

Pets are allowed on request, with a surcharge for a room in the amount of 2,500.00 RUB and a returnable deposit of 5,000.00 RUB.
