It is allowed to accommodate dogs weighing up to 5 kg, at a cost of RUB 5000.00 per day. The hotel provides diapers and walking bags. When checking in, guests should have a veterinary passport of the animal, where vaccinations are indicated.

The settlement of children under the age of 14 is carried out only upon presentation of a birth certificate, documents of a document confirming the authority of the accompanying person, as well as an identity document of the accompanying person. If the accompanying person of the minor citizen is not the legal representative of the minor, then registration is carried out only with the presence of the original notarized consent of the legal representatives, one of them, of the minor to check in at the hotel.

The hotel takes prepayment for bookings payable at the hotel. The guest will be sent an invoice for the prepayment.

Prepayment for the entire stay must be made within 3 banking days after sending the invoice. The hotel will contact guests within a few days after making the reservation to provide information on how to make the prepayment. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if this prepayment is not received.

Extra beds available for a surcharge. The number of extra beds depends on the room category.

Buffet lunch from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM: RUB 1500.00 per person

Dinner Buffet from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM: RUB 1500.00 per person
