This was easy walking distance from the ferry, restaurants, and the shopping strip near the ferry terminal.  On the second floor ocean front rooms, you get a fantastic view, breeze, and with your private patio door open, you also get the sound of the surf.Carl has coolers, beach chairs, snorkel stuff, and beach towels that you can take to the beach.  Carl was also understanding that we missed our checkin because the ferry was full and we were delayed many hours getting to the island.

Grina, the front desk person is excellent. She is helpful and nice person. The facilities exceeded my expectations: clean, spacious, good bed, tv, coffee facilities, refrigerator, they loan beach chairs, ice buckets, etc. Great value for price

A great place on the windward side of the island! We arrived later than expected and were greeted by the owner who showed us around the property. It is well taken care of with two beautiful pools! It is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from the ferry and an easy 10 minute walk into town, for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was absolutely gorgeous! Right on the beach - could watch the waves crashing from the living room. The property was beautiful and the staff lovely! Was very happy with our stay.

Quaint hotel with a lovely view of the ocean.  Very clean and well maintained.  Two pools, one right above the shoreline.

The rooms were very clean, newly remodeled and comfortable. The pool was clean with gorgeous views. The landscaping is very pretty and kept up.

Beautiful property - very peaceful and clean. The location is convenient and close to the ferry station but it’s good to rent a car since most of the nice beaches are on the south side of the island. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, a nice patio with BBQ and a swimming pool conveniently located in the courtyard. The staff were friendly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful waterfront property!

This place is incredible!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a private back yard and private stretch of beach to ourselves - and even the infinity pool to ourselves directly on the beach. My whole family loved it - the hotel was like our private beach mansion. Even the two bedroom suite had super high ceilings looking out over the beach with beautiful sunsets. A must stay!!!

A secret luxury hideaway - MUST STAY!!!

The setting of the hotel is breathtaking with rooms overlooking the ocean.  Chris checked us in and was very helpful with restaurant suggestions.  The villa is clean and functional with a lovely outdoor covered patio overlooking the water.  The pool area was the highlight with the surrounding ocean view.  The hotel provided beach chairs, towels and coolers and umbrellas to rent.  The landscaping on the property provided more beauty.

Breathtaking Views of the Ocean

This hotel was such a find.  It was tucked in a neighborhood in Isabel II, not very far from the ferry. We stayed in Casa Roja in a one-bedroom suite.  The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals.  The bathroom was very spacious as was the bedroom.  There is a table and chairs outside the unit which were perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails.  Our daughter stayed in the main building with an amazing water view.  Her balcony provided lots of light and wave sound therapy.  This hotel takes pride in their cleanliness and staff is ready to help with any need you might have.  The icing on the cake was the beach chairs, coolers and an ice machine.  This place is a no brainer for a great beach vacation!

Fabulous Hotel

You can't beat the ocean view and continuous ocean winds. I'd recommend renting a car or golf cart . They have some coolers and beach chairs for use. It's a rock beach so you can't go in , plenty of coral to get on the beach . My only suggestion is providing a broom , even though we washed our feet etc. So much sand still comes in the room . Staff member Chris , very nice and helpful.

Stayed 5 Nights, room was clean and had everything we needed.  Views from Suite and balcony were exceptional, sunsets, breezes, and the sounds constantly remind you that you're on vacation in a tropical paradise.  Beaches and Eateries were easy to navigate and Esperanza was only a 20 min drive if you are planning the Bio-Bay Tour ( which I highly recommend! )  Carl ( the owner of the hotel) and Chris (who also handles the reception desk) are very nice and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Island and amenities.  They have free chairs and coolers you can take to the beach which is really nice and umbrellas you can rent for a small fee.
Definitely planning a return visit or two. (sorry I wasn't able to upload any photos)

Fantastic Boutique Hotel -  Would Book Again!!

Our room was located just over the beach. The sound of the waves were a lalluby to our ears.The staff in particular the owner was always very attentive to our requests and very efficient.One of the two pools was an Infinity pool. The other one was more relaxing.I was relaxed so much at the pool side that I left my reading glasses there and came back home. When I called Carl from my home, the glasses were on his disk! He kindly sent it back to my home in the U.S. Many thanks !!!

We came here for our honeymoon and it felt like a dream! Our room was gorgeous and the views were breathtaking. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Slept with the balcony doors open and never heard a peep from other quests or pool-goers. The sound of the waves crashing all day/night was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!!
