If this supposed to be a hotel, it doesn't look at all what it shows in the pictures on the internet, is totally outdated,Windows broken, air conditioner not working, the bed have stains, the pool is not working, there is no breakfast and there are blocks and cement sacks everywhere like in construction, total disaster, NOT recommended, the paint is scratched everywhere, horrible conditions and is a non-refundable.Two guys there seem to be managers or the one responsible, but no treatable to help. Compare the pictures just of the main entrance an you'll see.

The WORST nightmare, NOT Recommended ever!

The place is under construction. The employees are nice, but they were not clear in giving the information to the potential clients. They didn't mention that they doesn't include breakfast (as offered in the promo). They include pictures of other houses in their announcement. This place is not in the beach. It is not safe (the front door doesn't lock up and there is no supervision during the night time). Even when the bed seemed like one of a king size, it really was made out of two twin beds placed together. The view is horrible and there is no secure parking. Here I show you some pictures of the real deal. I know hurracane Maria did harm to them, but there are a lot of things that doesn't depend on it but its still used as an excuse anyway. I definitely do not recomend this place, not even for one night.

Fake Promo

The room looked like rats had just abandoned it. The bedding looked liked missed match donations from previous century prisons. The shower stall looked like a temporary set up for and electrocution. The curtains were the color of mud from an Egyptian tomb. The windows were so stained you thought you were in a medival church. The mattress came over on the first slave ship. Be thankful there was no breakfast or TV to watch as it was a vintage tube model  23' w/o a turn on button to further torture you. Your better off in a sewer.

RATS DESERVE BETTER!

DON'T BOOK HERE. This place is a dump. Paint was peeling, small, dim and musty rooms, noisy unfiltered ACs, water that dribbles from rusty shower heads and faucets beds on rollers and a TV that's computer monitor size. On top of that they advertise fee breakfast which is a cup of coffee, a piece of toast and a couple of slices of fruit. They don't even offer jam. If you make a mistake of booking and don't want to stay there, you're screwed because they won't refund your money.  STAY AWAY! 

Useless

The room was dirty, the sheets and towels were never changed and the free breakfast never existed since the restaurant is closed! I understand the difficult situation in Puerto Rico, but don’t advertise free breakfast and blame the storm. The tv was so small that I watched it sitting on the edge of the bed to see the screen and change channels since there was no remote control. What a disaster! Never again.
